eParaggelia is a free online platform that connects local businesses with customers. The Platform allows businesses to create store pages and receive orders from customers. eParaggelia does not sell products directly, does not charge commissions, and does not handle payments or deliveries.
3. Business Responsibilities
Businesses that register on the Platform are solely responsible for: the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and descriptions; fulfilling orders placed through the Platform; providing appropriate receipts and handling payments directly with customers; compliance with all applicable food safety, consumer protection, and tax regulations; and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers using the Platform agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information; communicate directly with businesses regarding orders; and understand that eParaggelia is not a party to the transaction between the customer and the business.
5. Limitation of Liability
eParaggelia acts as an intermediary platform connecting businesses with customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products offered by businesses, the accuracy of business listings, or the ability of businesses to complete transactions.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
